Shri Mahesh C. Narote is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MCN Pharma Chem Inc. and has been associated since inception of the Company’s operations.
He holds a degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy from KM Kundnani College of Pharmacy at Cuff Parade Colaba Mumbai. He graduated in 1985 and has more than 40 years of Business experience in the field of Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry.
He has expertise in 3rd Party manufacturing of Pharmaceutical Formulations and API sourcing and has helped multiple clients in Asia, Africa and Europe with his technical experience in meeting their Pharmaceutical demands.
He is also a active member of the prestigious Federation of Industries of India [F.I.I] which facilitates the growth of business relations between business leaders of India and rest of the World.

Vishal Narote is the Head of Marketing and Sales at MCN Pharma Chem Inc.
He has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the prestigious Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.
Vishal is also fluent in multiple foreign languages and holds the CEFR C2 level certification in German and Japanese.
He is also a passionate lifelong martial arts practitioner and is India's 1st Gracie Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt Rank holder.
After a brief career in Petrochemical and Energy Industry, Vishal decided to be a active part of MCN Pharmachem Inc. and utilise use his communication and engineering skills to grow the company on international frontiers.
Vishal's love for connecting with people and foreign cultures and a sincere desire to serve others is his main source of motivation for working with our customers.
